The promoter is: Smaller Earth Limited (company no. 03859099)] whose registered office is at 17 Mann Island, Liverpool, England, L3 1BP.
The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Smaller Earth (and their associated brands), their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Resort Leaders official social media accounts and Resort Leaders official website landing page. No social media company is partnered with or endorses this competition.
Entry details include needing to submit their content through the Resort Leaders Photo Contest landing page. Not completing all of the above steps accurately will result in the entry being void.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be 22/10/23. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Smaller Earth Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Smaller Earth Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. These prizes are provided by third parties and we cannot claim any responsibility or liability for any changes made to the products by the relevant providers.
There are prizes available for the Camp Leaders contest winner and for the Resort Leaders contest winner. For Camp Leaders, the 1^st place prize is a return flight voucher worth up to the value of $500, the 2^nd place prize is a black GoPro Hero10 camera and the 3rd place prize is a limited edition Camp Leaders merch bundle. For Resort Leaders, the 1^st place prize is a return flight voucher worth up to the value of $500, the 2nd place prize is a black GoPro Hero10 camera and the 3^rd place prize is a limited edition Resort Leaders merch bundle
The prizes do not include any potential airport departure or government taxes, spending money, airport transfers, travel insurance or any other expenses. These must all be paid by the prize winners.
The winners will also be subject to any third party providers/prize provider's terms and conditions.
It is the responsibility of the prize winners to ensure their ability to use their prize.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner that arises out of their failure to arrive at any holiday destination or return home from any holiday destination, nor will we have any obligation to substitute an alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner is unable to travel to the destination or fails to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.

The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook within 14 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will liaise with the winners on how the prize will be distributed upon claim. Once distributed, the Promoter claims no responsibility for any changes or alterations made by third parties.
Any required dates in relation to the prize should be agreed with the promoter.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prize winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.
Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prize winner in connection with the Competition howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
In the event that any provision of these General (or any Specific) Terms are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
