Start your profile and learn more.
Once you're signed up we'll ask you for a little more information and you'll be available to watch our informational video series to learn more about Resort Leaders.
Book your interview
You can schedule your interview with just a few taps. Simply check the available times, choose what works for you, and tap to confirm.
Eligibility interview
We know "interview" can be a scary word, but there's nothing to worry about. You'll have a short conversation with one of our team members, all of whom have worked at resorts themselves. They will ask you questions about your work experience, student status, and English skills. The interview helps us create your profile and match you with the perfect resort.
Program agreement
If your interview goes well—and why wouldn't it?—the next step is to sign your program agreement. By signing the agreement, you will officially be accepted on to Resort Leaders. 😁
Your agreement will available on your profile shortly after completing your interview.
Complete your profile
By answering a few questions through our system, you will create a profile that resorts will be able to see. We will also review your profile and help you improve it if necessary to make it the best it can be. A great profile is important because resorts will use it to screen you and offer you a position.
Interview with resorts
Once you've completed your profile you will be made 'Ready to Hire' and you will be able to book in interviews with our resort partners. All of our resorts will have times available on their profile and you'll be sent a video call link after booking your interview.
