Compensation
The ITP program is designed first and foremost to provide a rich cultural exchange experience and personal development opportunities. However, we also strongly believe that participants should be compensated fairly for their time, so they can fully enjoy and explore America during the program. All of our partner resorts offer internships with competitive hourly wages based on US standards, ensuring a minimum of 32 working hours per week. The specific hourly rate may vary depending on the resort and position, with an average wage of approximately USD 10 per hour. Typically, resorts that provide complimentary meals and accommodation offer a slightly lower hourly wage, while those that charge for these amenities tend to pay a higher hourly rate.
